1st night SA2010 Winners are all young actors, younger generation celebs who gotten these 6 trophies which are given out on 18th April 2010. I'm very satify with the awards winners, thou there might be some unhappiness in me. LoL! Too bad, I'm not the judge, so I can't say anything. Rocket Award: Elvin Ng - Of cuz, I think EN deserved to be awarded, thou many say that this award should be given to new comers and not EN, but still he is in this industry for only 4+ years, so I dun think he is consider as a veretans actor ba. Anyway, he indeed improved alot from 'Ye Renyi' - 'Tarzan'. Most Villian: Jerry Yeo - Among all nominees, only Jerry and Desmond are young celebs, while other 3 are veretans actors, and I think Jerry really did a great job as an evil man, who rapes girls and he had potray as a bad son well enough. Media Darlings: Joanne Peh, DYT - As expected to be DYT, but why isn't Jeanette but Joanne? Hmmm, maybe cuz last year BA winner is Joanne and not Jeanette, or maybe cuz Jeanette is proud but not Joanne. Still is obvious that MCS is going to promote DYT to be the next Ah Ge, why must they promote CHINAs and not Singaporeans, like Elvin, Joshua, Nat? They are far more better than DYT, the proud young man. Favourite Roles: Jeanette Aw, Nat Ho - Jeanette as expected as well, cuz is Together that help her gain her popularity among the audience, but why is Nat? He isn't the main lead in TDC as Lin JiaJie, but was rather a small role, and yet he could win this award. I'm glad that he's able to win an award in MCS, after so many years in this line. But shouldn't this award given to 'Tarzan' Together? Follow up, Jerry 'Ye Rende', than DYT 'Lin Xiaobei'. I dunno about the females, cuz this is mention by Elvin during the celebration after the event. Just lost by 30+ votes. Award should be given to 'Tarzan' if Nat's mum never help him, he have got a great mum, I've got to admit, cuz his mum is so supportive to him.
2nd night SA2010 Winners are all veretans actors, not counting Top10. Older generation celebs tends to receive awards from 2nd night instead of 1st. I'm quite disappointed with the BA awards given, BSA were still within my expectation. LoL!! Here are some of the awards given out to the artistes, others are all shows and caster awards, which I dun remember. Haha!! Host: Bryan Wong, Mark Lee - Usual same host getting the award, so there isn't any surprise to see or expect. BA: CHW, CLP - Veretans were choosen this time, not even Jeanette. I was expecting TPH or EN to receive the award this year, cuz they were more popular in the nominees list this year, but end up, still the same CHW, cuz of his lucky black rose appearing again. BSA: ZHR, Constance Song - This is worst, again veretans again. Why not giving HHF a chance, since she had been nominated for 3 category. Thou I think ZHR role is great, but he is too old to receive this award already, should give it to Jerry, his hard work is so recognise by the audience thou he is a new comer. Top10 (M): Elvin, Bryan, Dennis, ZGP, TPH, CHW, DYT, ZYD, 715, GL - I'm happy with the results, but I suppect that MCS purposely call DYT name 1st, before calling EN, and make them side to side, maybe they wanted to let the public know that foreginers are better. So called foreign talent, but they might just leave SG one day. Top10 (F): Felicia, Jessecia, Joanne, Jeanette, XYY, LYL, LXP, QYF, XY, RE - So glad that all 5 princesses are in this year, thou is sad to heard that FC is leaving MCS, cuz she say this might be her last award this year. She is so pretty, my snow white princess lei, thou that night she was tann, due to her new drama with EN, DYT, etc. Princesses are really gone.
Post Party given an award out to Elvin Ng & RuiEn, for the most on screen couple. I think they really look like couple eh, but RE look is so strict, and EN look is so sunny. Will be weird if they really become couple in real life, maybe it might turn out to be sister brother love. LoL!! Still I'm happy for them la. RuiVin voted so much for them. Follow up is DYT & JA in Together, than Zoe & Fann. Lucky DYT & JA never get top, haha.
